30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Quantum Reception offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to Request a Refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email used at checkout, or
- Email us at billing@quantumreception.com and we will assist with the request.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time. After the 30-day window, paid subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period, but cancelling stops future renewals.
