Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the services provided by Quantum Reception ("Quantum Reception", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Quantum Reception provides AI receptionist services, website development, CRM/dashboard tools, and related automation for service businesses. Specific features depend on the plan you purchase.

2. Acceptance & Authority

By using the service you confirm you are of legal age and, if acting for a business, that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the service. You agree not to: (a) use it unlawfully, (b) commit fraud or send spam, (c) infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others, (d) interfere with security (including malware, probing, scraping, or circumventing technical limits), or (e) reverse engineer or resell the service.

4. Intellectual Property

Quantum Reception retains all rights, title, and interest in the service, its software, models, documentation, and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under your active plan.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it updated.

6. Payment & Subscription Terms

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, renewals, cancellations, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

7. Service Level

We work to keep the service available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages including lost profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where prohibited by law.

9. AI Outputs

AI-generated voice responses and transcripts may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and ensuring appropriate human oversight, particularly for regulated, medical, legal, or financial matters. You must have the rights to any content you provide to the service.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination, your right to use the service ends; we will provide a reasonable window to export your data where feasible.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Quantum Reception against claims arising from your content, unlawful use of the service, or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at Quantum Reception's place of business, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
